Best DVD's

Has anyone had any luck with weight loss/getting into shape with DVD's? I have 30 day shred and have only gotten 10 days into it a couple of times. I felt like it was working and am thinking about trying it again, but thought I'd see if there are any better suggestions prior to taking on Jillian and the shred again. Thanks!

I have just started one. its the flirty girl fitness program. i am only on day 4, but i feel great when im done, a little sore, but as soon as i get moving again. its not a big problem. if you would like i can keep you posted on any results. but the important thing is you eat right, other wise no matter how much you exercise you will not get into shape. it is important to have balance.0

Thanks. I have heard good things about the flirty girl dvd as well. I would love to hear how it goes for you, so please keep me posted. I have changed the way I eat and am down 5 lbs in thel sat 7 days without exercising and want to incorporate exercise again not just for the weight loss, but for the time to have and do something for myself. Keep me posted!0

I have been doing Tae Bo, the one that is titled "This is Tae Bo" I love it. I had a really hard time keeping up at first, which is how I know that I am improving. I also do a couple of the biggest loser dvd's. They are also good, but not as fun as Tae Bo.0

I'm doing Insanity. It's pretty rough and there are a lot of moves I can't do. So, I do everything I can and make modifications when needed. I had to take an extra day off because my calves were beyond sore, but doing it again tonight after work.0

i love jillian also love zumba both great intense workouts and zumba can vary in length and intensity which is nice0

Hi! I recently started Billy Blanks Jr. Come Dance with Me. I have done two of the 10 min workouts with the warm up and cool down and feel like I get a lot out of it in 30 minutes. When I am done the workout I then realize I am sweating Like the post before, I am getting better at following the steps so that is an improvement for me Did I mention the DVD was $5.00?0
