RED TEAM WEEK 3 CHALLENGE

HI RED TEAM!!!!! I am jumping the gun and posting our RED TEAM WEEK 3 CHALLENGE early beacuse I have a very BUSY week coming up (my son's birthday party!!!!) and I did not want to be late again!!!!! SO, we have touched base on the physical aspect and the nutritional.........NOW let's work on our mind!!!!!!!! I am taking the Biggest Loser Season 13 moto....."NO EXCUSES"!!!! I want for us to take this week to focus on NOT ALLOWING any room for EXCUSES!!!! Now we ALL know WHICH ones are EXCUSES and which ones are REAL REASONS for doing things. I want for us to really ask ourselves " is this an excuse??? or can I really do this??" Let's CHALLENGE ourselves this week! Be tough on yourself....do not accept ANY EXCUSES!!!! And share with us what you would have ACCCEPTED in the past as an excuse......and how you are NOT allowing that to slide anymore!!!!

REMEBER this CHALLENGE starts on TUESDAY Jan 17!!!!!! GO RED TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND GOOD LUCK ON WEIGH-INS ON TUESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    REMINDER TO RED TEAM!!!! THIS CHALLENGE OFFICIALLY STARTS TODAY (TUESDAY 1/17)..........LET'S TRY OUR HARDEST TO ELIMINATE THE EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!! And hopefully make this a lifestyle!!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

    So in the past, my biggest excuses always related to having time to exercise. I was always like 'Oh I worked extra hard at work today' or "its too late, i'll have trouble going to sleep at bedtime' etc. So I'm getting rid of those by getting up before work to exercise. I have to get up at 4:30am to do it, but its so worth it. That way I know i've got workout time in already. I figured i would share with everyone, b/c i'm guessing some of you struggle with it to.
