Ok wii fit lovers,

This week im doing something new. You have a goal challenge.

You need to loose 50Cals PER DAY. (note wii fit plus and zumba shows how much you burn)

Choose any wii fit game It could be wii fit , wii fit plus, zumba ect.. You can use 1 game or mix it up.. Please post everyday.

    Gonna try and do this! Does this mean 50cals using HRM or what the screen tells me 50cals is....

    up to you i dont have a hrm so i use screen as long as you burn 50 cals im fine what u use :)

    aw no. dont worry though i took a week off because of spraining my wrist. we can get back on it :D

    did double this morning as I didnt do anything yesterday so burnt 112 cals according to my HRM which was a mixture of activities, including plank and running.

    hope u all doing ok. i have not start my workout due to a stiff neck for 3 days. I hope tomorrow it will pass so i can WORRRRRRRRRKOUTTTTTTTT lol

    Island Cycling is the way to go. I rode for 30 minutes today and lost 138 calories. That's on top of my other activities.

    And they don't burn a ton of calories, but man can I feel some burn doing Super Hoops.
