Did pretty good last couple of days.
Saturday hiked for about 45 minutes earned 3 points
Sunday elliptical for 1.5 hours moderate intensity earned 6 points
Monday elliptical .5 hours and treadmill .5 hours earned 7 points.
Today I was starving!!!! ANd to boot have wanted nothing but carbs and sugar! BUT stll have stayed within my weekly allowance but have not eaten nutritious today at all. Weekly allowance left = 25
Today my points are already at 35 points (Daily goal is 26)
We shall see what the scale says on Friday.0 -
Yesterday I did well, but it's not looking good for today. I baked cookies again... and I only have 500 calories left for supper and i have spagetti and garlic bread planned. Tomorrow will be a new day.0
