OH MY! If u look at what I ate today...veggies and fruit. Except for dinner and my evening snack. I did way good..and I am not even hungry

Ouch! This is a tough one for me. What is a serving on veg/fruit? I understand that an apple is a serving and a banana is too but what about carrots and broccoli? A cup? Darn veggies!!! Thanks ladies! I will do this!0

^^ What she said. I usually eat two pieces at work of fruit and have vegies in my JC food (but might add some more, have frozen vegies in the freezer) but what is a serving of carrots?0

5 to 7 every day, course my 2 or3 servings of spinach and my apples help a lot.0
