    Welcome team members! I am so sorry. I had a beautiful post welcoming team members, etc. and then was going to put up our weigh-in post... but then the site went down. I contacted Pam by email, so I appreciate her jumping in to start this thread. Let's hope the site stays up today.

    No change, but I was expecting worse. My workout schedule and my eating plan were both off this week. It was all my fault so I am taking stock, taking responsibility and back to more healthy choices this week. :happy:

    Woo hoo! This has been an incredibly busy week and WEEKEND for me getting moved out of my 4bdr house and into our 2bdr upstairs condo, but man all that sweating and times where I thought I couldn't move a muscle let alone breath were all worth it! GO GREEN TEAM!!!;)

    Not my best week. I like to get my workouts outside and it has been bad weather off and on for the past week so, I have been indoors and not worked out like I should. I have to pull it back together for this week.

    Up 1/2 lb :frown: ....I started lifting weights and toning now-hope it's from that. Hopefully it will go down next week.

    Not much on the scale but clothes are fitting differently due to my workouts. Think I am developing muscle which helps to burn fat so I am happy. Also, I seem to have lost my muffin top on most of my pants so that is an NSV for me! Yeah!

    I was expecting to lose this week. Heading out on a road trip for a hockey tourney with my son. 5 days of restaurant and arena food. It's also -30 here so not expecting to get out much
