177.6! NSV is that I upped my weights from 4lb dumbbells to 8lb and I can do 8 incline pushups. I'm trying to not go onto my knees anymore for pushups because it hurts them too much.0

Stuck at 186. I exercised a lot last week. I'm surprised no weight came off. Trying to not let it get me down. The food journal really is making me rethink my addiction to coffee. I don't like it unless there is cream in it. I was sooo many calories on creamer for my breakfast. This week I am going to try and switch myself over to tea.0

I jogged 3 miles on Sunday and then went out again yesterday morning to jog another 3.4 miles in preparation for 6.5 miles in March. I felt really good especially considering I am not a runner.0 -

For second weigh in just keep me the same at 206. I've been sick since Thursday and don't want to count weight lost due to that because I know now that I have my appetite back I would just gain back anything lost. Next week's # will be more accurate.0

I didn't weigh in. I'm not supposed to step on the scale until the beginning of February because my weight-training is likely leading to water retention (and therefore an INCREASE in my scale number).0

I am at 206.4 this week. I don't remember what I was last week. I think it might be down some. But I am not losing very fast at all, that's for sure. I joined Maximus, so I'm hoping to get some exercise in, and hoping that will help with the weight loss. I need to control my eating habits tho, that's for sure.0
