Stayed the same. I, like others, was afraid to get on the scale, I've been stressed the last half of the week, and had a horrible weekend in terms of eating. I guess it's a really good thing I exercised everyday though otherwise I would most likely be posting a gain today!0 -

This week I gave it my all in my workouts. Stayed within my daily calorie goal made a lot of healthy choices and got all my required water intake.0 -

Ugh... I can't help but say that this is disappointing. I tracked all week, avoided temptations, and went to the gym 6 times out of the week. I even did an hour of fast paced elliptical work last night for my last chance workout. I am going to chalk this up to the usual week 2 plateau that most of us are hitting and gaining muscle weight. But I really wanted to lose that 1-2 pound to make it to my overall 50 lb lose. Maybe next week!?0 -
