Hello Ladies,

Thought I would start up a thread for today.

So far, on point today and got in 30 minutes on the treadmill - total burned: 135; walked/ran for 1.5+ miles

I originally posted that I thought I would start a thread for yesterday and today, anywho, with that said this is for today (1/18) only

    Today has started off waaaay better than yesterday. Not doing gym today, burnt out from working out for last 4 days in a row today is break day. BUT my goal is to not use any allowance points today and just eat my 26 points for the day. HAven't done that all week so we shall see!
    Always seems to help when I have pre=planned my meals for the day.
    Morning- 7 points oatmeal
    Lunch- 6 points Lean Cuisine and Apple
    Snack- 0 points Baby carrots
    Dinner- 13 points unknown yet

    Yay! Someone posted before I did!

    I'm still off plan - but my embryos on now on board and I'm hoping they'll stick! I'll be on plan again in a couple of days.

    I have been horrible at checking in lately! And AF came so Not been eating the greatest either. Right on target for calories...until I eat a chocolate bar :-P

    Urghh I baked cookies, and have been eaitng them all day!!!! So, I am over points and calories yet again.. I don;t know why I keep doing this to myself. I just can't get my head into it.
