9 This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
Many times we get discouraged and afraid in our endeavor to lose weight and get our bodies in better health. Remember He is with you no matter what the trial is. He gives us strength & courage to fight those sweets, pastas, sodas or whatever our food demon is.
We are His temple and we are getting the House of the Lord ready for Him.
