I started running this year - never done it before (not for more than a week!). My schedule so far has been:
1st Jan: 4.4 miles
2nd Jan: 6 miles
5th Jan: 4.4 miles
8th Jan: 6 miles
11th Jan: 4.4 miles
15th Jan: 7.5 miles
16th Jan: 4.4 miles
Thats 37.1 miles in January so far.. and yesterday I signed up for a half marathon on 4th March... Wish me Luck!!0 -
