    Up a pound and not amused. It's not because of what I ate - I guess I'm retaining water.

    my wieght right now is 278 with all my clothes on...but my aunt decided its time to pay a visit soo hopefully that number is down next week =)

    NSV clothes are starting to loosen up

    For second weigh in just keep me the same at 206. I've been sick since Thursday and don't want to count weight lost due to that because I know now that I have my appetite back I would just gain back anything lost. Next week's # will be more accurate.

    I didn't weigh in. I'm not supposed to step on the scale until the beginning of February because my weight-training is likely leading to water retention (and therefore an INCREASE in my scale number).
  • I am at 206.4 this week. I don't remember what I was last week. I think it might be down some. But I am not losing very fast at all, that's for sure. I joined Maximus, so I'm hoping to get some exercise in, and hoping that will help with the weight loss. I need to control my eating habits tho, that's for sure.

    I've been snowed in at a friends house - I wasn't able to weigh in this week. Keep up the great work everyone! I'm looking forward to all of this snow melting so I can get back out there. I will say, I tried the Zumba video. It was a little tougher than I expected but I think a class would be a lot of fun. There happens to be a class starting at the experimental college nearby but I don't know my new work schedule yet - hopefully it will be an option!
