yoga meltdown

anyone do this one? did you like it? how long does it actually take to do it? i know a lot of time she says it's 30 mins but then it's really 40... looking for something different to throw in my routine. i don't want to buy the kettlebell one because i don't really care to buy kettlebells too... so this one looked interesting to me.

    I actually really love this workout, and I had never done yoga before. I've heard it's different because she adds motion to the poses to get your heart rate up -- rather than just holding a pose. The first level takes about 30 minutes & that includes warm up and cool down. I think the advanced version might be shorter ... but I've never actually done that one because it's still way too advanced for me.

    it does. sometimes she lies about how long it really is and i need about 40-45 minutes but no longer or shorter. so maybe i'll do a 15 minute run before doing it each day. should get me what i'm looking for.
