10 minutes of your favorite yoga a day. This is a good time to practice on your own and out side of class and also to practice what you have been doing in class. Dosen't have to be from class though, create your own routine with you favorite poses. Lets go for 70 minutes a week!

Just did all my fave lower back, leg and back and hip openers:
Standing forward bend
King pidgeon pose
Bound ankle pose
Head to knee pose
(wobbly) Eagle pose

OK, I did 23 minutes of my favorite yoga video today. It was Namaste's "Thunderbird" vinyasa0

Yesterday, I did a yoga DVD and half another yoga DVD - element yoga for weight loss and yoga for flexibility. Hips feel so much better now - back at work today though, so they'll seize up almost immediately!0
