    hi im new to the scc my name is deena i am 40, and i need to lose 20lbs, so dose that make me slightly chubby or just plain fat?

    That's where I'm at now. I have managed to put on 16 lbs since the end of summer. I need to get a handle on it before it gets too hard to lose. It sure doesn't get any easier at 60 years of age.:laugh:

    I am new ot SCC and I need to lose 30 lbs. Deena no you are like me you just need to lose to be healhy!!
