Easy, healthy recipes while BF??

With a large family, I'm used to fixing casseroles or large meals and dividing up the left-overs, etc. However, I'm finding this little one is sensitive to almost everything! :p (No dairy, soy, tomatoes, garlic, nothing fried or spicy, onions, peppers...) So italian dishes certainly aren't my friend at the moment, along with just about any kind of casserole. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes that are easy to make, maybe even double and are healthy. Making wraps for 6 people is not exactly a quick-fix (At least not with 4 of them being under the age of 10;)) I also loooooove my crock pot, so anything there would be appreciated too. :D Thanks everyone! ~ Tiff
