I have not had any official diagnosis other than depression and anxiety, and susceptibility to panic attack.

I will be talking with my GP in January 2012 about mental health. I want to be the best me I can be.

I was concerned I had fibromyalgia or Ehler's Danlos because I am hypermobile, have stretchy skin, bruise easily, etc.

He said the stretchy skin was from large weight loss (understandable!), and the fibromyalgia symptoms may be because of the anxiety and panic attacks, etc.

He has bumped up my Lovan (fluoxetine) to 3 a night.

I have probs sleeping, but the snoring is gone now (my wife says nothing - she can sleep now lol).

As a child, what I was diagnosed as having was called 'Child-hood Epilepsy' and I was on Ospolot http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sultiame
