    Finally made it under the 50lbs lost mark!! Very excited for this. I definitely can see the difference, and I feel so much more energized without that extra weight. Thanks black team for your help and encouragement! Now to work on the next 50!

    I'm surprised that there was a loss at all. I've been sick for the last 3 days and haven't really paid much attention to what I'm eating. I hope to be able to get back to the gym today. We shall see. It seems that I feel better in the morning but then not so good in the afternoon.

    All I know is I had some cake on Saturday, but the other days I did good, and I added strength training to my routine this past week, one pretty hard session last night just before bed, so I'm hoping it has to do with the muscle thing, but no excuses right? Have to work harder this week! You're all doing great! Good job guys! Sorry I didn't contribute to any loss this week. :/

    Didn't have a loss this week which isn't that surprising considering I ate out a couple of times this week and the only exercise I had was walking from class to class and cleaning and walking around the hotel I work at:/
