As lost is a lost! Been a rough week exercise wise with both the kids being sick the husband working out of town. Hoping to slide in more exercise this week. Been eating well though. I'm happy to at least be down by 1!!

I started classes this past week so it is taking a little more juggling to get my exercise in with work, kids, and study time. I'm hoping to get a handle on it this week though. I also need to stay focused on the weekends as I tend to slack somewhat. There isn't alot of recovery time from the weekend to Tues morn. But, as long as I'm moving in the right direction I will take it.0 -

I have stayed below calorie intake and have been in the gym every day, I started lifting again this week though and think the water retention from muscle repair is happening...not going to sweat it though, inches are coming off regardless of what the numbers tell me.0 -

I've increased my exercise some this week and each week am making small improvements. I'm not stressing cause these are
lifetime changes and these baby steps will eventually add up to BIG improvements in my life.
