HELLO TO ALL THE BIGGEST LOSER PARTICIPANTS! HOW IS EVERYONE DOING? ARE WE STILL FOCUSED ON GETTING HEALTHY??? THAT IS WHAT THIS WEEKS CHALLENGE IS ALL ABOUT. LET'S TAKE A MOMENT TO FOCUS ON HOW AND WHAT WE ARE EATING.
THE WEEK 4 CHALLENGE IS TO INCORPORATE A "NEW" HEALTHY EATING HABIT TO YOUR DIET! BY THIS I MEAN, IF YOU CURRENT EAT REGULAR PASTA, THIS WEEK TRY WHOLE WHEAT PASTA IN YOUR DIET. IF YOU ARE NOT A BIG VEGETABLE EATER, TRY TO INCLUDE MORE VEGGIES TO YOUR DIET. IT CAN BE SOMETHING SIMPLE OR YOU CAN BE ADVENTUROUS AND TRY SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. LIKE ALWAYS, CHALLENGE YOURSELF!!!!

Sounds Good.. I am not a big fruit and vegtable eater, so I am going to try to add more to my diet, been going to anyway, just more of a reason to now.. and with only 2 lbs last week need to try something else.. So lets make the best of this week!!!!!0

I'm obsesed with chocolate milk, i'm like a kindergatener!! LOL! I'm going to try chocolate soy milk this week as opposed to my nesquick!0

I just placed an order for a couple NEW items I can't wait to try... Isafruits and Isagreens since it is so hard to get all the great nutrition from these items in winter!

This week I actually used wheat pasta instead of regular pasta. I couldn't taste a difference so I think I'll start using that now. I think its supposed to be healthier right?0
