Hi there just joined the group and just wondering how this works and what it involves. Not sure if i'm writing this in the correct are..buutttt...just looking to know more about the group thanks a bunch!!:happy:

It looks like the founder had some more interactive plans in mind. I'm wondering if we should do a group challenge for February, or some other type of team bonding?0

Hi everyone..!
First, I wanted to say I will be doing a workout buddy/ pair offs thread soon for people that have the same goals, target spots, etc..
I will also be doing some good challenges each week, food and fitness.
Do you have any ideas for challenges?0 -
It's hard to do challenges on here sometimes and keep it fair. Since we're all looking to get in shape, why not try a body fat challenge? If we all use the same formula/calculator/whatever to standardize the measurements, we can measure our progress over a month or season. I know this is my number one concern, more than weight or inches.
We could also try a point system for certain things we need to do get healthy, such as one point for drinking 8 cups of water in a day, one point for exercising for 30 mins/day, etc.
I just try to think of challenges that are as fair as possible and don't assume that everyone has certain equipment to do it, which can be difficult. I'm looking forward to participating in any challenges though.0 -
