    Caramalised Chicken:

    This is for 4 people:

4 chicken breasts, skinned and cut into chunks
    The glaze
    6tbsp soy sauce
    12tbsp rice wine vinegar
    3tbsp honey
    6tbsp water

All you need to do it mix all the glaze ingredients and put the chicken in. Leave it to marinade for at least 30 minutes. Then grill or barbeque the chicken. You can also make kebabs by cutting the chicken up :)

Gorgeous chicken for about 256 calories!

    Hi everybody...

I found this LOW CARB dessert/snack recipe online .. haven't tried it yet, but it's supposed to satisfy a sweet tooth LOL
You can add other things "to taste", like lemon juice, or vanilla, or coco powder, or even sugar-free powdered drink mixes, depending on what flavor you want to make it. It's got around the same calories as a yogurt or oatmeal that I've been eating, but if it tastes anything close to cheesecake that would be wonderful!! lol

    "BOWL OF CHEESECAKE"

    Number of Servings: 1

    Ingredients:
2 oz 1/3 less fat Philly cream cheese (I may try fat free)
1 tbsp sour cream (I will probably try fat free of this too)
2 pkts Splenda (or Equal... it said Stevia might be too strong)

    Directions
soften cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds or less, stir in sour cream and sweetener, enjoy warm or chill.
Stir in your choice of flavorings as desired.

    Number of Servings: 1

[Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user OHANAMAMA]

    Nutritional Info

    Servings Per Recipe: 1
    Amount Per Serving
    Calories: 165.7

Total Fat: 14.5 g (not sure if this might too high for some people)
    Cholesterol: 45.3 mg
    Sodium: 246.4 mg
    Total Carbs: 1.5 g

  • I found this on the MFP recipe page, 42 calorie cake....cant wait to try it
    Servings: 1

    Ingredients:

1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 box Cake Mix - Any Flavor
    2 Tbsp Water

    Directions:

In a ziploc bag, combine the two cake mixes together and mix well. For each individual cake serving, take out 3 Tablespoons of the cake mix combination and mix it with 2 Tablespoons of water in a small microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 1 minute, and you have your own instant individual little cake! Keep remaining cake mixture stored in the ziploc bag and use whenever you feel like a treat! You can top each cake with a dollop of fat free whipped topping and/or some fresh fruit.

    Helpful Tips:

This recipe is called 3, 2, 1 Cake because all you need to remember is "3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, 1 minute in the microwave!" Try various flavors of cake mix like carrot, red velvet, pineapple, lemon, orange, etc. Just remember that one of the mixes has to be the angel food mix; the other is your choice. The flavor possibilities are endless!
