    Grr.No change this week. I know it's coming though. My body holds on to weight, saying "are you serious?" Then when I show it I am, it says "oh *alright* I GUESS." So that's the stage I'm at now. Next week I fully expect to be lighter. 146

    Current: 171.2.

    So I lost 0.8 this week. I didn't think I was going to lose anything because I was stuck for about 11 days at 172. :)

    @stephanie - glad you're moving down. Can be so frustrating when you're stuck as the same number. Last week, I actually re-weighed myself with one of my dogs because I thought the scale might be broken. It wasn't. :)

    I thought I would be posting a gain, as my weight went up after 3 - 4 days of not drinking any fluids. But I woke up this morning after drinking + + water on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and POP there went the water weight. We're having a delicious date night tomorrow and I am hoping to somehow stay under. If impossible, I will be more than happy to accept it as a fact and move on. I am learning to take things less seriously! Yay!

    Woo, down 1.0. I wasn't too confident because I splurged a bit this week and had a few glasses of wine and snacks with my husband. But we've been super stressed out lately and haven't seen much of each other because of working.

    Weekly Success: Being mostly on track. Hopefully I can stay motivated
    Weekly Struggle: Water and eating well at work (soooo easy to nibble on french fries)

    I just looked at that! I've lost 40 lbs. since the start date of this challenge! I almost cried, for 2 reasons. One, that I ever let myself get that unhealthy. Two, that I've done it! Kinda having a proud moment here. Even if I don't make my V day goal of 155, I've still accomplished something. Let's keep it up, friends!

    Strengths: Stuck to my plan for the whole week, burned 5300 calories through 30 plus miles of walking, was under my calories 6 days

    Struggles: Not enough water, 600 calories over one day

    Goal for the week: 3500 calories through excercise, drink my water, stick to my LC plan

    I'm incredibly pissed off! I worked my butt off and burned over 5000 calories through hours and hours of brisk walking, I was under my calories 6 days and only 600 over on the other day, I didn't binge, etc, yet I gained 2.2 pounds!! I kinda feel that losing weight is a battle I can't win. But I'm just going to have to work hard, change my eating habits, lower my calories and break through. I gain weight if I eat over 2000 calories, even if I burn 1500 calories that day through exercise! I think my metabolism has been ruined by 25 years of dieting.

    My biggest challenge is me! I am lucky enough to have a lot of knowledge on diets, nutrition and excercise. I have mentored people and helped them lose weight. I know exactly how to lose weight but I let my emotions control me and comfort eat all the time. I've had the worse 2 years of my life and I have gained a lot of weight. I just have to get focused and motivated, then i KNOW I will lose the weight.

    I think this week was to balance out last week. I really struggled emotionally this week and it showed. I had a hard time making good decisions and gave in too much!

    last weigh-in 136.5 but that was before the weekend & have NOT been on track the past few days.
