"THE GRIND"

The grind is when you are working towards your goals day in and day at and it gets tough....you don't feel like doing...obstacles in your way....family life, social life...job life...and people that are sometimes without their knowledge sabotaging you and your goals. I want to encourage to keep fighting the "Good Fight". Your body is an experiment....experiment...learn about yourself...learn how different food affect how you feel mentally and physically...there isn't a start and stop point when trying to better yourself...it is journey to a better, longer, healthier life...for the long haul...not just for certain amount of time.

Once again...I am here for you...if I do not know an answer I will find out for you...I will come next to you and be your biggest cheerleader and supporter!!
