I've looked at the method over and over and think I've got it. Could someone please double check my numbers to make sure I'm not missing something and end up gaining 20 lbs in two days? (Yes, I could probably do it.) Thanks.
BMR: 1488 (eat at least this number daily or +100)
1488x1.2=1786
Maintenance set at 1786 (based on sedentary lifestyle)
1488+1000=2488
2488-1786=702
Can burn up to 702 without eating calories back. Anything thereafter, I must eat.
Exercise Goal: At least 298 (BMR - Maintenance)
Did I get it right?

I didn't go over your numbers, but just set your calories to your maintenance number. Eat at least until the TOTALS number says your BMR number.
The green REMAINING number will reflect your deficit. If that GREEN number is over 1,000 then you need to eat until it drops to 1,000 or less.0
