  • 293 here.... have surgery Thursday to have a tumor removed so I may be a little off for next week.....

    no change :( so depressed, but I ate like absolute garbage so obviously that's why :) I am starting c25k again this week, so hopefully I can get to losing.

    188.5 which is a .5 loss from last week. I had surgery this week, which messed up my schedule, exercise, and eating, so I am hoping to get back on track.
  • 209.4, down 1.2lbs. Would have loved a higher number, but between being snowed in all week, then a wedding Saturday, and a birthday party Sunday - I'm just happy with a loss! :)

    Down two pounds from last week. I've lost 6 lbs. so far this month. It isn't a huge number, but I'll take it.:smile:
  • i was on my cycle this past week so gained a lil bit - 213.2:grumble: oh well - its comin off and ill be lower than last week in no time! :glasses:

    149.6, basically the same as last week, but up slightly. TOM started yesterday so that's throwing it off a little.
  • None for me this week...still, 132.8..gotta rid myself of the gummie treats on my desk...students just love them..Can anyone think of another treat as a reward for good behaviour?BTW their tweens.

  • I'm stuck at 237, been working out a LOT, but the scale is not moving.
  • I'm stuck too...132.8...will be adding p90x along with elliptical for this week just to see what it will do for the scale.

    I've gained -- now at 210. But, I've kicked into gear -- hit the grocery store so now my fridge is stocked so no more excuses. Been under cals each day this week, exercised at least an hour each day and feeling pretty good. I think I'm finally where I need to be to be successful.
