I went up a pound this week
Weighed in at 2100 -

293 here.... have surgery Thursday to have a tumor removed so I may be a little off for next week.....0

188.5 which is a .5 loss from last week. I had surgery this week, which messed up my schedule, exercise, and eating, so I am hoping to get back on track.0

I've gained -- now at 210. But, I've kicked into gear -- hit the grocery store so now my fridge is stocked so no more excuses. Been under cals each day this week, exercised at least an hour each day and feeling pretty good. I think I'm finally where I need to be to be successful.0
