Just wondering if anyone else is into experimenting with food and has introduced new things to their diet since joining MFP?
I'd love to share recipe ideas.
One thing I have started to do is have fish and tonight is first time I am cooking fish fillets! I know not that adventurous but I have mainly been cooking a lot of veggie, or prepared fish dishes.
I aim to have a couple of veggie/pesci only days a week which has helped enormously with migraines.
My fish tonight will be cod and I am going to steam it with fresh ginger, chilli, lime juice and a little thai fish sauce and prob serve with garlic greens with pinenuts.

I don't suppose this is really experimenting but I find Jamie Easons turkey meatloaf muffins an AWESOME mini-meal!
Makes 14 (7 servings)
1kg turkey mince
3 egg whites
1 cup oats
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 celery stalks (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2tsp mustard
1tsp black pepper
1tsp chilli flakes/chilli powder
1/2tsp cumin
1/2tsp thyme
1/2tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 180
Mix all the ingredients together in one big bowl
Separate into 14 equally sized balls (i use a muffin tray)
Cook for 40 mins
DONE!
