Syncing the FitBit

Has anyone else experienced difficulty with syncing the FitBit? Mine doesn't wirelessly sync when I get within 10-15 feet. I have to dock it and then navigate to another page and then back before it will update. Is it worth contacting the company and expressing my disappointment? Has anyone dealt with their customer service people?

    Mine will once in awhile I will just wait 10 to 15 minutes and then click on the fitbit page and click again on dashboard. Usually seems to work. If that doesn't work for you talk to customer service. Hopefully it will work out. Not sure how great the customer service is since I haven't had to use it yet. Also check the help page on the fitbit site. That might give you some ideas as well.
