Hi everyone,
I added the sodium column to my food journal and am amazed at how much sodium I overdo EVERYDAY! Dang, even when I eat well, I overdo on the sodium which in turn causes water retention!! I am going to really concentrate this week on eating lower sodium foods ( no processed hams!!) and try to keep that number under the 2500 recommended! I think I added that on the settings tab... (I think?!?!!)
Anyway, I hope you all have a VERY successful week and stay focused on victory!! Every little bit off should be a victory, or each time you exercise a little more or a little harder is success!! Much success this week to all of you

Yes the sodium content is outrageous! I too was amazed with how much I was consuming,,,
I never add salt to anything I eat, I am just amazed how much is in the food as it comes!
I hope and pray everyone has a great week! Keep working hard and moving forward! Remember a loss is a loss no matter how big or small!
