Is everyone gone? I slept most of today to rest up for this next week. I'm going to try and step it up some. Did my shred at 5pm. Then did my walk with the dogs an hour later after a short rest from the shred. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.

Also Congrats to Stefanie for all her wonderful work. Its paying off!!! So close to her Ideal BMI. :)

    Thank You! I'm feeling real good about myself right now, last night I was dreading weighing in this morning, I thought I'd have a lower weight loss and as much as I was telling myself how It's not about a number it's about how I feel and how my clothes fit, I was really anxious about it. LOL I was pleasantly surprized.

    I did my Shred late again tonight, weekends are tough but I got both days in!

    So: Day 18 L2D8 is DONE!

    I had a hard time getting calories in today, seems on the weekend I just dont eat much and crave comfort foods. I think it's because I feel lazy or relaxed, I was soooo dragging all day long. I ate a piece of chocolate and put some marshmellows in my coffee for a treat and still was under 1200 calories, I'm just not hungry. I hope tomorrow I'm not scarfing food down LOL.

    Nope, still here! I was away from the computer most of the day yesterday, so I wasn't able to post. Things got busy Saturday, so I took that as my rest day. I still did 25 minutes of Pilates though, so I wasn't totally lazy LOL

    I did my run yesterday instead, so I ran 4 miles. I just love running. It's such a great total body workout! Week 1 of Half Marathon training is done. I am kind of scared when I get to running 8-10 miles! LOL

    Back to the Shred today(monday!)
