tracking exercise cals for 30 day shred

how do you track the calories burned for this? I know eveyrone is different, but if u don't have a heart rate monitor, do ya just guesstimate?

I log it under circuit training general. I checked it against my hrm and it's pretty accurate.0

Ive been tracking it under "curves circuit training" as the circuit general seemed a bit high!
maybe I need to get a HRM what kind of price are they?0 -

I have a HRM and I burn around 250-260 for each level 1 session - which is around about the same burns for my walking workouts - they are 60 minutes long and I burn around 500 cals0

I log it under circuit training as well.0

I use the general arobics at 25 min. It's 248 cal. So about the same as the circut training one.0

Thanks for the information. I ordered a HRM from Walmart, but it hasn't arrived. I estimated that I burned about 5 calories a minute. I have been underestimating my calories.0

I need to get a hrh asap - but Im in the UK so Ill look at other websites or shops here - There are so many to choose from I just want something basic and cheap!

the 1st 2 days i used Calisthenics vigorous, today it occurred to me to look at circuit training general. Both came really close to what my HRM read.0

You'll be surprised to see how many calories you are really burning once you get a hrm! I love mine!0
