Can we all do 50 overhead tricep lifts? Either with the weights you already use, a tin of beans, or bottle of water. Choppy choppy. In the UK we still have a few hours left to complete it. In the US you should have longer.

(sorry Aussies you will have to it Tuesday if you fancy the challenge I only just got time to post)
