Lose of 6.2 lbs! This week was bound to be hit or miss, my whole family came down with the stomach flu so I lived off of saltines, bread and gingerale for a good part of the week, but once we were feeling better I stayed on track (although I was super hunger and could have gone for a large calzone!) and made a few trips to the gym which seems to have paid off! Go Black team!0 -

I was afraid of this happening, last week I was very sick going into the weigh in and lost a lot more than I expected because I hadn't eaten in several days. Now that I got back to a normal eating and workout schedule I put some of that weight back on. I am confident that it will come back off this week.0 -

Not a lot, but I'm super happy with my January loss- lost more than 6 pounds in an about 50% level of effort month lol. Started off amazing but then went at least 1-2 weeks without really tracking calories. Also switching from low carb to calorie-counting definitely put a dent in my weight since I gained back a lot of water weight and I'm proud I'm back down to my lowest weight from just calorie-counting!0 -
