How long have you been struggling to loose at rate of exercise? I know if I keep at the same exercise day after day my body becomes used to it and I have a harder time loosing, could that be the case?
The trainer at the gym I go to advised to work out one day and rest the next or light exercise of a different sort. She said that our bodies at a older age need that day inbetween to heal the small tears and/or strains in the muscles. It works for me, I go to the gym and work on the machines for 1 hr 3 x a week. 30 minutes strength training and 30 cardio.
I'm just getting back in the routine again but when I did that a few months ago the weight went down to a low I had not been at for a good number of years. All in all I have now gone down from my highest weight of 220 to 182 this morning.
Good luck, If you would like to be friends just message me and we can work on this together.
  • You might consider going for a check up with your physician and seeing if your thyroid is functioning fully.
