Anyone else scared of the Superbowl?

I kind of am....we are having a party and I have been trying to figure out all week how I am going to handle it.....

I think I decided I am going to eat what I want but don't make a pig of myself....portion control but don't punish myself......

Then Monday is a new day.....

If I have been doing good all week - 1 day isn't bad when it use to be 7 bad days I am still a head of the game right??

What are you guys planning on doing??

    If you are hosting try to have healthy options so that you dont pig out on the junk food and make a plan for what you are going to eat or maybe plan 15 extra min of workouts each day this week to make up for it. Its one day and as long as you dont over indulge youll be ok. Try eating slower and also have a filling healthy breakfast

    I am also hosing just some friends and I am making a spread thats appealing but also filling and healthy. Be sure to make a veggie platter always a great go to for you also if you are making a dip or fav snack look to see how you an cut calories in the recipe
