    Totally pathetic. Especially since I went for a Chinese New Year dinner gathering (international buffet dinner!) with a bunch of friends and consumed probably more than 1k cals. Will make up for that this weekend :frown:

    day 1 ran 1 mile ...12 minute mile. coached sports for an hour. rebounded for my daughter while she shot and we shot around together. not much, but it was a long, weird day...science fair, work, and my kids played in their leagues. so maybe more tomorrow.
