Need a pick me up!

Somehow this is not feeling like hump day! I've been up since 4:30, have meetings all day, and already want to go back to bed! Coffee isn't cutting it today! What are some of you ladies pick me ups to help you stay awake at work during the day?

    Do you need some carbs? And maybe fibre? If I don;t start my day right I am no good by 11am waiting for lunch! Then I dip around 3pm still.

    I had 2 slices of light wheat toast with 1 tbsp of PB, but that was at 5 am this morning. I'm thinking I need a snack! Lol.
  • try an all natural fruit smoothie! it is sweet but i add greek yogurt or soy milk and blueberries and bananas and ice and blend! not too many calories but a nice sugar lift me up!

    food that you can eat on the go like nuts and fruit will help

    Fruit, and nuts for sure - you can just eat a bit to fuel your body and pick at it during the day.

    Also, drink lots of water - it will force you to get up and walk to the bathroom instead of being glued to your desk.
  • I've always found peanut butter helped me.
