Shiritaki Noodles are AWESOME! - Recipe for low-cal dish

My mom sent me a recipe by "Hungry Girl" for those of you who follow her. (I had no clue...) I had a decent lunch for less than 150 calories after I tweaked her recipe... Make sure you read the notes below. Really important.
1 pack of Shiritaki noodles
1 wedge Laughing Cow Swiss
Brocoli florets (frozen are fine)
GF veggie bouillon cube
Sazon - optional
Black pepper, optional
Serves 1
1) Rinse the entire package of noodles in a colander
2) Put the noodles and about 2 - 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
3) Add the bouillon cube
4) Cook for 3-5 minutes.
5) Add the broccoli in the water to cook it (I chopped it up first to make the consistency even)
6) When the broccoli is cooked, drain everything.
7) Stir in the wedge of cheese until it melts.
Garnish with crushed pepper.
REALLY IMPORTANT:
When you open the shiritaki noodles, they'll stink like fish. STINKITY STINK. This is apparently normal and to be expected. Don't be put off by the smell because boiling the noodles makes that go away. I can't STAND fish and I LOVE these noodles...
The noodles have a weird consistency at first. They're VERY springy. It's weird, not bad, unless you have texture issues.
Goya Sazon IS gluten-free! I add a sprinkling of it to the noodles as I mix the cheese in. Just a sprinkle so as not to upset the sodium gods. It makes the dish look more appetizing and it gives it a little kick.
I don't count the calories in the bouillon because most of it gets drained off.

Sounds great! I've never had shiritaki noodles, do most large grocers carry them or would I need to pop by an Asian market?0

Both chains of grocery stores by me carry them. They're usually in either the health food section or the produce section. They seem to run between $2 - $2.29 a bag.0
