Day 2: 404 caloried burned using the elliptical for 33 minutes.
Two days into this challenge, I'm already grateful for it as it 'forced' me to get out of bed and get moving this morning. I lost track of how many times I was up with my four week old last night and just wanted to stay in bed, but didn't all b/c I didn't want to quit on day two. Had I not exercised, I would have spiraled out of control, eaten what I wanted to, and not kept track of my calories. Thanks so much for the motivation!0 -

This. My two month old had shots yesterday afternoon and is completely out of it. He needs constant attention and cuddles. Which is fine, but had it not been for this group I would be doing nothing today. Instead, being that I don't want to fail on day two, I am doing Day 1, Week 1, of C25K this afternoon when my husband comes home for lunch. Thank you!!0 -
