    Feb. 3 Day 3: 20 minute brisk walk, 15 min. Elliptical, 10 minutes pushups and weights total 45 minutes, 354 calories. There are some truly awesome burns on this forum!!!:drinker:

    i ran 30 mins of intervals on the treadmill. i switched every minute from 4 to 5 to 6 to 7 and then back to 4 again, and so on. i did this for 30 mins.
