I got my meal plan ready for the week. I dont plan each day just several meals and choose what we feel like each day

Meatloaf cupcakes (skinnytaste.com)
Chicken pot pie soup (skinnytaste.com)
Jambalaya with turkey sausage
Fiesta crockpot chicken
Eggplant Parmesan
Spaghetti and turkey meatballs
Coconut chicken (skinnytaste.com)

I am loving the skinnytaste website as you can see. I am making their skinny buffalo chicken dip for the game tonight.

I'll have to check out skinnytaste.com, I've looked on eatingwell.com, too!

    This week:

green salad w/ grilled chicken (I'll have vegs & hard boiled egg in mine)
    lasagna roll-ups w/ spinach salad
pork chops w/ applesauce & green beans
    flatbread pizzas w/ spinach salad
roasted whole chicken with sweet potatoes and peas.

    Ours is looking repetitive lately!
  • We don't really meal plan only because my DH is so danged picky. But I am trying several recipes out of the March issue of Clean Eating magazine this week. The (baked) toasted ravioli turned out really well, and so did the cherry brown rice "pudding" bowl. We are going to try the (whole wheat) panko & sage crusted pork cutlets later this week, but using tenderized venison steaks instead of pork. And I want to try the cherry balsamic chicken salad with quinoa in my lunch. :)

Alright--I know it's Saturday and the week is over, but here was mine:

    skinnytaste chicken rollatini
    skinnytaste 3 bean chili
applegate organic hot dogs with skinnytaste's zucchini sticks
    chicken noodle soup
    skinnytaste lasagna roll ups

I'm still trying to figure out tonight's. We need to eat in an hour because my daughter has a basketball game at 5:30 tonight. Still can't figure out what to make. I was going to make skinnytaste's mac-n-cheese but I don't have any pasta for it.
