    Hi There

    This is my second attempt at losing weight. The first time I did well but in isolation and didn't share my goals or aims with anyone. I obviously feel and now I would have started again a little different. I wondered if I could join your group and share my confessions and victories perhaps and hopefully keep on track a little better to last time.

    Yesterday was the start of my second week. My aim is to have lost 24 pounds for a beach vacation in 21 weeks.

    I am again trying to lose weight. I have never really vocalized my goals in fear that I will be laughed at when I stumbleI always stumble. I am looking for non-judgmental support and welcome anyone to help me this time.
