Well everyone there is one week to go in the month of Jan. How are we all doing? Have you had any struggles? Any obsticles you can't get over or you sucessfully got over!?! Share with us how your month has gone so far.

    My week is going great! I pray for a loss and feel like I'm going to get it.

    I'm struggling with exercise right now. Not because I don't want to do it...I'd be doing about 6 miles a day, but...hate buts....I have vocal cord disorder (VCD) and when that happens I have to basically sit in a chair and not move even a finger...no exaggeration either. I try everyday some I succeed and others I don't...but ...good but for a change... lol I will never give up!
