Hey guys,
So I was wondering if your portion sizes seem to slowly increase as you get farther and farther into your diet? I stopped measuring for about two weeks now and I have noticed that I started to eat way bigger portions. (I have now gone back to measuring because it is apparently still extremely important for me!)

I find if I keep eating the same foods, week after week, I start out with good portion sizes. Over time, I want more of the same food to feel satisfied. For this reason, I'm trying to mix up my menu a bit more. It's frustrating, because if I find a set of meals that leads to solid weight loss, I hold that for a couple weeks and then start to slide as I feel the need to eat larger portions.0

I always measure. I guess it's a habit now, I don't think about it I just do it.0
