I was actually down 3 more pounds a few days ago, which would have been -4 for the week, but I had a pity party last night due to work stress and worries about my son's health... I ate more things than usual and gained 3 lbs. I know it's not 3 lbs of fat, and it's probably a chunk of water weight since I had a lot more carbs, but now I feel even worse! Oh well. At least it's still some sort of loss. I promise to do better this week.0 -

Wow we are putting up some great numbers BLACK! I will have to weigh in tonight and log later but I will have it done before the time is up. Just a lot going on this morning and I didn't even have a chance to get on the scale!!!0

Not much down from last week's weigh in, but I weighed myself on Sunday and was up to 337.5! So to be back down even under what I was last week, is pretty good! I haven't been able to exercise due to my foot injury, hopefully I can within another week. I drank TONS of water yesterday I was proud of myself! Also any day now I'm expecting my monthly visitor, so this is also why it's good I was able to lose anything. Wish it was more, but all things considered I'm happy with it. :happy:0 -

Sorry I didn't lose nothing yall, but I'm happy I got back down to this weight again without exercise after being sick and being fed Chinese food and Ben and Jerry's all week and weekend by my fam haha. I still have a horrible case of the super crud and am still off my game but have been under calorie goal Monday-today.

This week has not been a good week eating wise. I haven't journaled any food and did not go to the gym at all. In fact, by 30 Day Shred video is still sitting on the shelf in its wrapper unused since I bought it.
This week will be different. I am promising myself. Food will be counted, and exercise will happen!!!!0
