Look Better/Feel Better = Being Happier

Hi today is my offiical 1st day of my New Life Style, I wont say its my first day of dieting because I hate that word. It makes me feel restricted to not being able to eat foods that i love and enjoy. I am simply beginning to eat samrter, healthier and in moderation with plenty of water and exercise... Zumba Whoop Whoop for Zumba. If you haven't tried it, you must. It is a stress reliever, great workout and gives you such great energy when you are done. My Goal is to loose 42.6 lbs by our 100th day. 1- Hope to be proposed to soon. 2- Plan on moving back to Arizona and would love to show off to my friends how great i look 3- Hope to be ready to fit in a beautiful white gown hopefully in September (Hey just dreaming... but hope my dreams come true) My co worker is helping me tremendously by coaching me on what to and not to eat. So Thanks Nicole. You are my Angel.
