14 pounds gone...FOREVER!

So today was my big weigh in (not that I don't weigh everyday...LOL), and I had lost 1.6. pounds which makes my total 14 pounds in 28 days. Not bad... I do have to say I am feeling a little edgy today and just really want to eat everything in sight, and make BAD choices, which hasn't happened at all since I have been doing this. However, I am going to stick to my plan that I have written and CHOOSE not to let this food overtake my day!

I am proud of the accomplishments I have made so far and I know they will make me feel better because they already do!

Goals for this week:
1. Cook something new so I don't get bored
2. Get 6 glasses of water in everyday (at least 6!!)
3. Go out to eat twice to learn to incorporate that into my life
4. Exercise at least 5 times this week!

The choice is mine and mine alone whether I succeed of fail...:bigsmile:

    Your goals sound great and very doable. What's going on in your head that's making you want to munch munch munch? Deal with whatever feelings you are feeling, don't eat them. You are losing at an awesome rate, way to go!!

    I'm doing fine now... just one of those days where I wanted to munch, but I didn't!! Today I overcame 4 dozen dunkin' donuts in the lounge, ice cream sundae parties EVERYWHERE in my building, cupcakes, chocolates....WHEW!!!! I didn't eat ANY of it!!! I had planned a special Valentines dinner with my family where we are having pork chops, twice baked potatoes, steamed broccoli and a special dessert...homemade cheesecake with cherries (straight from W. Watchers cookbook and only 117 calories each individual cake made in muffin tins!). I knew I would get my treat tonight!

    This has been a particularly challenging week as I have eaten out 4 spontaneous times for either lunch or dinner, but I did succeed and asked for nutritional menu at 2 of the 4 places. The other 2 were not spontaneous and I looked them up online and planned. I hope my scale is cooperative on Thursday!!
