p90x confused how to put info into m.f.p

I'm unsure when filling in my exercise for the day what reps etc to put for p90x as so much is done its hard to remember?!
Just want to know what other p90x users filled in??

I had the same concerns when I started P90X....so I bought a HRM so that I could track it on a personal level instead of relying on MFP's estimations. With a HRM I am able to create an exercise in the date base and log more accurate data.

That's what I do. I have a heart rate monitor and I create my own exercise and enter the calories that way for each individual workout.0

I agree with the HRM. I would classify most of the P90x workouts as "circuit training" but the default calories burned according to this site was not realistic for myself.
