Sorry I'm a little late this week.

Ok everyone, lets make an activity challenge.

150 min of cardio + 200 crunches throughout the week

GO!! We can keep a running tally here is you like!

    Does cardio include walks? (walking to and from work)

    I'll have the cardio done by tomorrow (will probably triple it. Three days of softball this weekend!)

    Will start the crunches either tonight or tomorrow.

    Wohoo, 35 minutes of cardio down!

    Do standing ab exercises count for crunches?

    I did 120 mins of cardio..walked around the lake
    160 crunches.

    I will continue to log daily and see what I can accomplish =)

    Cardio for the week: 95 to date, workout planned for tomorrow AM, and possibly Sat.
    Crunches: 60 so far, planning to do some core stuff today and Saturday or Sunday.

    Ok I got around 400min this week... I did 100 sit ups, looks like I'll be logging 50 more between today and tomorrow!! :)

    160/150 - cardio done! I will workout tomorrow too, I took today off.

    I still haven't done my crunches, so I'm vowing to do all 200 tomorrow!

    Cardio is all done...but only 75 crunches....gonna see if I can manage some more tonight and finish it off tomorrow.

    Cardio ...not sure but more than 150 mins...

    Cardio no issue. Don't know exact numbers but it was close to 400 with all the softball I played!

    Crunches, no go.
